1. General Provisions
The final decision on refunds, partial compensation, or the provision of bonus services remains at the sole discretion of BoostingLab.gg. We reserve the right to resolve any disputes individually based on the specific evidence provided.
2. Methods and Timeframes for Refunds
Unlike marketplaces that hold funds in an internal wallet, we process refunds directly to your financial institution.
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved by our Support Team, it is initiated immediately in our system.
- Arrival of Funds: Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card issuer), it may take between 5 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account statement.
3. Grounds for Refunds
You are eligible to request a refund under the following circumstances:
3.1. Boosting Services (Leveling, Rank, Raids, etc.)
- Non-Start: The order was not started within the agreed timeframe.
- Non-Completion: The service was partially completed. In this case, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unfinished portion of the work.
3.2. In-Game Currency (Gold/Items)
- Non-Delivery: The currency was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.
- Stock Issues: We are unable to fulfill the order due to stock shortages.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Completed Orders: The service has been fully delivered in accordance with the order description.
- Buyer Error: You ordered the wrong region, server, or faction, and the service has already been completed or significantly progressed.
- Account Penalties via User Action: Your account was banned for toxicity, previous botting, or actions unrelated to our service.
- Unauthorized Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our Support to resolve the issue, you void your right to a refund and your account/IP may be blacklisted from future services.
- Buyer’s Remorse: Simply changing your mind after the service has already been started.
5. Dispute Resolution & Contacting Support
If you are unhappy with the progress of your order or the quality of the service, contact us immediately. Do not wait until the order is finished.

To submit a refund request:

- Provide a brief explanation of the issue (e.g., “Order hasn’t started yet”).
- Attach screenshots if applicable (e.g., evidence of failed runs).

7. Resolution Outcomes
After reviewing your case, we will issue one of the following decisions:
- Full Refund: 100% of the money is returned.
- Partial Refund: A percentage is returned based on how much progress was made (e.g., 7/10 wins completed = 30% refund).
- Store Credit/Service Exchange: If preferred, we can offer the equivalent value in another service or store credit.
- Refusal: If the service was completed according to terms or the issue was caused by the customer.
8. Refunds to Original Payment Method
- Refunds are strictly processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund a Credit Card payment via PayPal, or vice versa.
- We do not charge a processing fee for refunds; however, we are not responsible for any currency conversion fees your bank may charge if you purchased in a currency different from your bank account.
9. Pricing Policy
BoostingLab.gg operates in a competitive market. Prices may fluctuate due to demand, game updates, or seasonal sales.
- If the price of a service drops after you have already purchased and the service has started, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
- However, contact us—we are gamers too, and we may offer a discount code for your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
