• • Game-Specific Data: Character name, server/realm, faction etc.

• • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and time zone settings (collected automatically to prevent fraud).

• • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. We store only the transaction reference ID provided by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to verify the purchase.

Minors: Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent.

2. How Do We Process Your Personal Data?

We process your data strictly in accordance with the GDPR. Our processing relies on three legal bases:

European Union VAT regulations (OSS):  We are legally required to log and store two non-contradictory pieces of evidence regarding your location (your Billing Address and your IP Address at checkout). We share your Personal Data strictly as necessary to provide our Services. We do not sell your data. We categorize our service providers as follows:

Our primary servers are in Iceland (EEA). If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Location: Your Personal Data is securely stored on OrangeWebsite servers located in Iceland. Iceland is part of the EEA and adheres to strict GDPR standards.
