1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of boostinglab.gg (the “Website”) and the services provided by SIA Boostinglab, a limited liability company registered in Mārupe, Latvia, Registration Number:40203747587, Address: Alises iela 3-1, Mārupe, Latvia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any service from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Anti-Affiliation & Copyright
SIA Boostinglab is an independent service provider. We are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Grinding Gear Games, or any other game publisher or developer. All registered trademarks, intellectual property, and game content belong to their respective rightful owners. We make no claims to the ownership of any virtual goods, accounts, or in-game properties.
3. Nature of Services
When you make a purchase on boostinglab.gg, you are not buying digital property or virtual items. You are exclusively paying for the time, labor, and expertise of our independent contractors (“Boosters”) required to complete specific in-game tasks, assist in co-op gameplay, or provide digital consultation.
4. Account Access & Remote Control Liability (Assumption of Risk)
For services that require a Booster to log into your account (“Piloted”) or connect to your computer via remote desktop software (“Remote Control”):
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that sharing account credentials or allowing remote access violates the Terms of Service of most game publishers. While our Boosters use premium VPNs to match your location and take extreme precautions, you assume 100% of the risk of account suspension, bans, or penalties.
Liability Waiver: SIA Boostinglab and its contractors shall not be held liable for any account bans, loss of digital assets, hardware malfunctions, or software issues that occur during or after a Piloted or Remote Control session.
5. Payments & Fraud Prevention
Prices are displayed on the Website and are subject to VAT based on the customer’s billing location, calculated at checkout. To prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized chargebacks, SIA Boostinglab reserves the right to request identity verification (e.g., a photo ID matching the payment method) for high-value orders before the service commences. Refusal to provide verification may result in order cancellation.
6. User Conduct
Customers must maintain respectful communication with Boosters via Discord. Any abusive language, harassment, or attempts to bypass our platform to hire Boosters directly will result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
